Print Sizing

The print size listed on each product description is the actual paper or frame size, but not the image size. There is typically a 1-inch / 2.5-cm border on each side of the image.

Will my print have a certificate of authenticity?

Yes! All prints available for purchase on the Mountain Road Shop are original, limited edition works of art created by Christin Boggs Peyper. You will receive a certificate of authenticity with your print, signed by the artist, verifying that it is a genuine piece by the artist.

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?

Under normal circumstances, yes. Currently, due to the COVID19 crisis, certain countries are not accepting packages from the United States, until further notice. You will be able to select your country at checkout. If you aren't able to select your country at checkout, send us an email at mtnroadlife@gmail.com and we'll set up arrangements with you directly.

How much will shipping cost?

First Class postage is free of charge within the United States, as well as globally. Priority shipping (1-3 days) costs vary by weight and by destination city and country. Follow checkout procedures to calculate your priority shipping cost.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Mountain Road products are shipped from the state of Virginia in the United States, within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times vary depending on the destination city and country. Customs and / or postal services may also affect the delivery times.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for customs issues or country refusal. In the event that your package is returned to us from customs, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. It is suggested that you check with your country's customs laws before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at mtnroadlife@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order ships before we receive your request, we will not be able to change your order, and you will be responsible for returning your package. Mountain Road will refund you the amount of the purchase, minus shipping, when the artwork has been returned in its original condition.

Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your art! So if you are not fully satisfied with your product after it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to begin the refund process. Mountain Road will refund you the amount of the purchase, minus shipping, when the artwork has been returned in its original condition.

Damaged order?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in the shipping process, please contact us at mtnroadlife@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival. Please include photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging.
